• Traditional

Our traditional massage incorporates a blend of relaxing therapeutic techniques to soothe tense muscles, improve circulation and enhance well-being.

• Deep Tissue

Our deep tissue massage is a blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques used to address deep-seated tensions and chronic muscle tightness.  A great massage for those who like more than just a relaxation massage or anyone undergoing an injury rehabilitation program.

• Reflexology

This treatment begins with the application of warm herbal packs, pillows, mitts and booties to the abdomen, neck, hands and feet throughout the treatment.  Next the feet are misted with a refreshing peppermint blend and then given an essential oil hot wrap.  The hands and feet are massaged incorporating detailed pressure-point techniques to stimulate energy flow to the entire body. The longer reflexology sessions also include point work on ears. 

• Aromatherapy**

Our signature aromatherapy massage begins with an aroma ritual to select your essential oil blend.  This massage incorporates cranial techniques, energy work, chakra balancing and relaxation massage to enhance the healing properties of the plant essences.  The aromatherapy massage can be further customized to your needs by filling out a brief questionnaire used in creating a personalized blend for your massage.  The customized version of the aromatherapy massage also includes a bottle of your blend for home use. 

• Lymphatic**

A gentle rhythmic massage specifically designed to enhance lymphatic circulation.  This massage aids immune function and boosts the body’s ability to eliminate toxins and absorb nutrients.

• LaStone Therapy

This is another Fallbrook Wellness Spa signature massage adding massage with the hands to the classic original LaStone therapy massage as taught by Mary Hannigan.  This creates a unique stone treatment that has the flow and grace of hands only massage.   The client lies on heated stones; stones are placed on the body over the different energy centers; both hot and cold stones can be used to massage the body; energy techniques help to create a deep and sacred relaxation.
