Gift Certificate Request Form

Your gift certificate purchase can specify a dollar value or name a treatment or package as your gift. You can name up to two treatments or packages for each certificate. The recipient can change the selections if they wish, when making their appointments. The recipient has a credit equal to the purchase value of the certificate to spend as they wish. They also have the option to use larger packages or $ amounts over more than one visit to the spa. They can even share their certificate with a friend or redeem it for retail products. Gift certificates are issued through our computer, so if a certificate is ever lost or misplaced we can find it in our database (Don’t worry, just make your appointment!).
