Each Pass entitles you to 8 consecutive classes at the discounted price of $76. Drop-ins are welcome (provided there is space) for $12/class. It is advised to call ahead to check availability. Private classes are also available: inquire at the Spa for more information.
Special bonuses for pass holders: 1st time pass holders receive a gift certificate for a ˝ hour Essential Oil Bath at the Spa. All pass holders are given a 25% discount on the purchase of any yoga mat.
Please Note: if you purchase a pass and must miss a class for any reason, please notify the spa in advance so space may be made available to drop-in students.
Highlights of our yoga class offerings:
Synergy Yoga with Maggie & Susan - An integrated flow using breath and movement to stretch, strengthen, and balance every system of the body, harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
Vinyasa Yoga with Brian – A graceful flow of postures that lead one into the other building energy throughout the class, to create a beautiful release ending with the final relaxation.
CLASS GUIDELINES AND ETIQUETTE

Yoga should be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses between practices.

A minimum of three times per week is recommended.

Clothing should be non-restrictive and suitable for exercise.

A large towel is recommended for class.

Yoga mats and blankets are available for use. Mats are also available for purchase through the Wellness Spa.

Do not eat heavily, and stay hydrated throughout the day before attending class.

Please let the instructor know if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have any injuries or problems that may affect your yoga practice.

Feel free to discuss with the instructor, before or after class, any concerns, questions, suggestions, etc.
Refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other strong scents.

Turn off all cell phones and pagers and limit talking to before and after class.

Maintain awareness of your own and others ’practice space using the wall for balance when necessary.

If arriving after class has already begun, please wait until after the beginning meditation to enter the room.
