Package discounts are offered independently with each instructor.
Synergy yoga – An integrated flow using breath and movement to, strengthen and balance every system of the body. Harmonizing body, mind and spirit. Synergy is an active flow for all levels of students. Maggie will work with you directly to adjust the postures to your ability.
Svaroopa® style yoga – Promotes maximum release of core tensions, particularly along the spine, with an emphasis on using props. Deepen your awareness of the body and cultivate inner bliss. Classes are deeply relaxing, healing, and transformational.
Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic flow of poses connecting movement and breath, incorporating balance, strength and flexibility. A physical practise with lots of variety suitable for all levels.
Class guidelines
* Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Classes start promptly.
* Refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or strong fragrances, as others may have sensitivities or allergies.
* Wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing.
* All props are provided.
Which level is right for you?
All Levels- Yoga experience at any level. The beginner, continuing and advanced student are welcome to these classes.
Level I- Little or no yoga experience. For those just starting out and establishing their practice.
Level II- For those students who attend classes on a weekly basis and have an established home practice. Everyone’s physical needsand capabilities are different, have the conversation with your instructor before moving onto this level.
